6 hours later I was banned from the site and despite several requests, to what they laughingly call Customer Service, to enquire the reason for the ban I received no reply.
Having spoken to a few other people who have had this experience it would appear that the Company randomly ban people shortly after they have paid and then quote some obscure clause in the T&C to refuse to return any payment.
